So-Deep was founded in 1981 with a single mission...To provide quality information to project designers and owners on the existence and location of existing underground utilities.  So-Deep developed the concepts, definitions, scopes of work, and the market for what is now known as subsurface utility engineering and has maintained and expanded that vision to create the engineering profession known as SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING.
