Founded in 1981, So-Deep is recognized as the original subsurface utility engineering company. Our vision then and today remains the same: to provide accurate and reliable data on the existence and location of underground utilities. Through our refinement of how utilities are mapped and documented, we created the engineering profession known as SUE.
So-Deep has a significant amount of experience in providing subsurface utility engineering services. Since our founding 30 years ago, So-Deep has completed over fourteen thousand (14,000) subsurface utility designating and locating projects. We are committed to providing the most comprehensive subsurface utility engineering services available and to significantly reduce DOT construction costs by reducing utility conflicts, utility relocation costs, construction delay claims, and redesign costs.
So-Deep has a staff of licensed engineers, surveyors, experienced technicians and managers with over 800 years of collective SUE experience with So-Deep. Our licensed professionals retain licenses covering 37 states and the District of Columbia.
