Each Locating truck is a self-contained and fully equipped vacuum excavation unit. It contains traffic control, safety, survey and surface geophysical equipment to locate and document "as built" utility information in the most efficient and minimally disruptive manner possible. We employ fully automated data collection instrumentation that is interfaced with infield computers.
Each of these units were designed and manufactured at So-Deep's manufacturing plant located in Manassas Park, Virginia to meet the specific field requirements of SUE.
So-Deep manufactures these units with reduced noise level features incorporated into our vacuum excavators. This advancement benefits both So-Deep employees and the general public.
