Safety is the rule not the exception. Federal and State Regulations are the foundation of our safety program. All personnel are taught, retrained and refreshed with the safety policies and procedures as they relate to their job function. The safety messages regularly communicated through weekly safety meetings, with required participation in our program and encouragement to share health and safety information has helped us establish a safety-minded company culture. The active buy in and promotion by management at all levels reinforces this culture. Only one outcome is acceptable, zero accidents.
